BIG ROOM IN PENTHOUSE. HUGE TERRACE, GREAT FLAT! ALL INCLUDED

- Hi! I’m Laia, 29, and I’m renting a nice room in a big flat, fully equipped. It has a huge terrace, from where you can see the whole city. Located in front of the “Sagrada Familia”!
- The room is double but I am renting it for one person only. It is exterior, and is divided in two parts: the sleeping area and a dressing room which has a big wardrobe. It is equipped with a single bed, a bedside table and a desk (but you can bring your own furniture if you prefer to).
- I am looking for somebody around 25-35.
- The flat is big, to be shared with two more people (not a couple) and a dog, so you need to like animals.
- The rent includes internet and telephone (local calls), water, gas and electricity bills, and cleaning service once a week.
- There are two metro lines in the neighborhood, buses, bicing, restaurants… It is located 3 stations away from the center and 15 minutes away from the beach (on foot).
- Available from August 15th, a one-month deposit is required.
